/hohoho, you know that your dress code is wrong when no one tells you that you look like a nerd =)

i was supposed to dress nerd today for farewell, but hohohoho... i ended up being a zoo-keeper ^^ with a black shirt, checkered outer cover and shorts! =D but i wasn't the only zoo-keeper there, mama and jingo were also zoo-keepers, and abi was our grand boss of the zoo =D debbie was the super kid who answered all the questions correctly and won tickets to the zoo, and leryee was the guy disguising as a girl who followed her =) hohoho!/

hahah. SLEEPOVER WAS AWESOME! abigail, maria, jingyi and i slept over at debbie's house on wed to thurs. it was so so fun :D

on wednesday, i took a cab to debbie's at arnd 2pm. when i reached, jing just arrived too! okay. then we went to watch debbie play pangya and audi. omg, audi is so cool. *hahah moob shirt guy*then while waiting for abigail and maria to come, we watched tvee. there was this show.. the big-haired guy said, 'woah, troll babes'. and we all started laughing non-stop. it's just so stupid! then we watched courage the cowardly dog. 'Grow. Expand. Explode.' lol! then we watched more tvee before deciding to watch a movie :D we watched Bend It like Beckham. it's a really nice movie. abigail came and we stopped the movie at the coach guy's face to go grab her. then i think we went to wait for maria at the bus-stop. there was this group of guys. ahem ahem, i think we should just keep it to ourselves. HAHAHAHHAH CAMP FIT HAHAHAHHA. okay then we went to watch debbie play pangya again? omg, i forgottttt. okay then i shall skip the part where i forgot. oh at one point, we watched Fun with Dick and Jane. and that one is funnyyyyy. Jim Carrey is a very good actor, omg. okay then blahblah. we'll skip to when we go to the room part :D we talked and talked all night. we played truth or dare and even did a uh, what do you call it. snapesnape thing? oh i know! ticking noise thing. it was soooo funny. we're gna perfect it. we talked till arnd 4.30am when they beat they're last sleepover's record before i told them that i wanted to sleep. so i did :D they continued talking till 5.45am before sleeping. guess what they talked about. you'll never guess. they talked about grace being 'heavy-chested'. hahahah omg.

oh and we set our alarms at 6.45am so we have time to like change and stuff for choir the next day which started at 8.30pm. debbie's dad was gna fetch us so we had to leave at 7.45am. HOWEVERRRRRRRRR, we didn't wake up! it just kept ringing ang ringing and then it stopped. we woke up eventually at 7.25am and rushed like crap. but we still made it on time. and in fact, we were kinda early :D had choir. my eyelids were sooo heavy. i wanted to sleep so badly. but i made it through. and miss lim came, so yeah. then grace's mom fetched debbie, jing, abigail and i back to debbie's house after choir. watched debbie play audi and we played isketch! we won the king. go whee! then we had lunch :D we then went back to debbie's mom's room. watched oliver twist. debbie fell asleep. jing was about to fall asleep when something popped up.

we went to borrow the laptop from debbie's sister for a few minutes and jing got mad cause she was betrayed. then stuff happened. i don't think i'm supposed to mention what happened to i won't. but things did happen. and we are really sorry for something we did to this particular person. we're really sorry :/ we found out A LOT. and i think we now know. *ahahahh we know you know that you know that we know. so don't act like you don't know what we know cause we know what you think we don't know cause we know* coolness. then i stayed for dinner but abigail and jing went home. then my mom came to pick me up.

when i went home, i didn't feel like blogging. so i didn't :D went online arnd 10pm to talk about stuff with people. gahh! what a day. oh well. now we know what we didn't know :DDDDDDD

YAY! ooh, sorry for not updating:/ so anyway, i'm gna talk about my COOKIE BAKING DAY AND today's SEC4 FAREWELL!

COOKIE BAKING DAY :D
it was funnnnnnnnnnn. we made like 2 kinds of cookies. some crunch thing and another nice one (: PICTURES!
this is the hipo cookie i made! isn't it just so edible? like yeahhhhhh.

ooh! so many of them. we even made bear-shaped and flower-shaped ones.
then later, we decided to make cupcakes. i think they're a little too hard :/

i was having my thing that day so i couldn't go swimming. however, i did go in in my shorts and walked around. who knew walking around the pool would be fun! i want to bake more often :D YAY FOR SUNHAVENNNNNNNNNNNN.

okay today. we had the SEC4 FAREWELL THING! it was great. we were put into groups.
GROUP A!: denise, maria, carissa, colleen, jocelyn, rachelho, elizabeth, cheryl and me (subin and jane didn't come)
the spaghetti game was kinda embarrasing. my partner, lizzie, and i had to do stuff. and it was like nearly kissing! like oh my goodness! it felt sooooooooo wrong. but it was fine, we didn't do anything wrong :D then it was the flour egg game ('home econs'). i found an egg AND i cracked it without squishing the shell too much. and later, we had the chinese tongue twister thing ('chinese lesson'). yeahh, my tongue got twisted. it was then time for 'math'. we were given like i-don't-know-how-many question and somehow, we were able to complete all. then we had 'english'. it's like broken telephone. okay wait, it IS broken telephone. we were supposed to pass down this message -My mother's sister's brother-in-law went to the supermarket to buy 2 papayas, 3 durians, 5 apples and 4 cartons of eggs. yeahhhh. it was okay. then we went to change into our 'school' themed clothes. well, i was supposed to be a geek. but i didn't look like one. maria and shinny were supposed to be geeks too! but they turned out to be zookeeper look-alikes! coolness. went to the forum. sang the graduation song by vitamin c. sopone was the loudest :D then it was the nominees thing for the coolest and the cutest. then FOOD. the food was okay. i got a chicken pie, an egg tart and a chocolate eclair(?) :D and it was present time. i got the sec4s SKITTLES! YAYYYYYY. hahah, actually i feel kinda bad. i mean like it's their farewell and i give them SKITTLES?! but oh well. i got stuff too :D PICTURE! oh by the way, the hanger is a present too, from julia :D i got a cool present from jasape too -a spatula(?) and the most nicest and kinda meaningful was from chermaine :D -the picture thingy you see in the picture below.

oh man, i will miss the sec4s. hehh, i hope my sec4 farewell in around two years will be great! :/ hahhhh.

i hate cramps.

i said that i'd post about the stepping down and ups! and so i will. uh, I DIDN'T CRY! :D the speeches that the seniors made were all so short! so yeah.

ANYWAY,
on friday, i went to my cousin's bbq thing! my brother and i reached her house around 12.30pm. we then hurried about and finally left for j8 at 1.30pm. we ate at the food junction place and i shared with ying! then her friend, amelia (if that is how you spell her name) came. okay, this is getting a little long-winded. hm. i know! then we went to buy bubbletea and another friend came. forgot about the time and rushed back to j8 cause we were kinda late. all the girls who were taking the maxicab came. but instead of 4, only 2 guys were there. ying pestered them to call the others to hurry. soon, the 2 late guys were seen walking in our direction with the NTUC trolley. loaded the maxicab. guys went to put the trolley back. they were taking an uber long time, so ying screamed at them to run back. they came back, panting. and we were on our way to blue horizon! :D

we there and started with the water balloons. AND AGAIN, SOMEBODY DIDN'T HELP MUCH. only pheng, jiaxin, the guys, my brother and I did most of the stupid balloons. all our fingers pruned really badly. and i feel bad for the people who TIED the balloons. man, it's a tough job. and i couldn't do it. so i just pumped the balloons with the pumper. hm, let's see. we started at 3+pm and ended at 7+pm. YES, WE DID IT FOR A REALLY LONG TIME CAUSE THERE WERE SO MANY FREAKING BALLOONS. but we still did it :D

we then went down for the bbq at bbq pit number 5! there was beehoon, jap curry, chicken wings (marinated by my aunt), sausages, otah and JELLY. the jelly was gooooooood. like real real good. JIAXIN! you gta make more :D

then my cousin, my brother, kelven and zzen went swimming. i ran around getting them balloons. kinda fun at times. and at one point in time, kelven and zzen started arguing (cause of the balloons). then kelven threw zzen's only dry shirt in the pool. then the usual (you know, the screaming and the pissing of each other). but it was all fine at the end. we went to another pool and kelven was like 'eh sorry la.' and he stuck his hand out for a shake. zzen shook his hand and blahblahblah. i was saying how everything was oh-so-touching. soon, we went upstairs to bathe.

AND THEN PASS THE PARCEL. jiaxin won the kitkat set prize! oh oh oh. then we went to watch She's The Man! :D YAYYYYY! okay, then we went downstairs (again) to finish off all the water balloons. all of us were waiting for joel lim to arrive. then loads of people went home and the people left were jiaxin, both my cousins, kelven, zzen, joel, my brother and i. did stuff then jiaxin went home.

then all of us went to the 'guys room' to play cards. the girls (my cousins and i), shared the same cards. and i think we won money $$$ :D kelven lost over 6 bucks. AND THEN! joel lost $20. i think he lost it some time ago but he didn't say. anyway, we went downstairs to the pool area to try find the missing money. yes, it's rather impossible. but at least we were willing to try. and mind you, that happened around 2am. it was kinda eerie and pheng HAD to mention about shutter. like omg! gahh. the guys waded in the water. still couldn't find the money. so they decided to go to the level 4 garden thing. BUT! it was even more scary there as it was much, much darker. so only 3 guys dared to go search. the rest of us just went back to the house to wait for them. however, they came back really soon. they said that when they went to the lift, two of them were at level 23 and they were like 'do you know what it means?' and i said 'HAHAH! duhhhhh. it's my index number.' and they were like 'what?! it's some satan thing lor.' and i was like 'ohhhhhhhh.' so yeah. 20 bucks, gone just like that.

then we wanted to sleep. we forced the guys to switch off theit lights and not lock their door. we then went to our own room, THE MASTERBEDROOM. we slept on the MASTERBED :D the ying slept really sound but pheng and i just couldn't sleep. sooooo, we crashed at the guys'. they played cards! joel slept, but he always wakes up every hour. then i felt tired, so i went back to the masterbedroom. BUT SOMEONE IN THERE WAS SNORING AND SHE PREVENTED ME FROM MY BEAUTY SLEEP. and i crashed at the guys' again. but i felt sleepy again and went back. this time, i slept for 35mins and woke up with SOMEBODY pushed me and stole my side of the blanket. then she woke up and asked if i wanted to go to the toilet. hahahh. then both of us went to the guys' room, got bored and went to watch tvee and eat doritoes at 6am. and the guys decided that they needed sleep. so all of us went to sleep till around 8am when jiaxin called and zzen came to our room to ask my cousin to pick the phone up. it went something like:

'eh shing ying! your phone.'
'huh? (ignores and goes back to sleep)'
'eh ying! zzen calling you. your phone. go pick up la (nudges her sides)'
'grunts grunts okay.'

:D yeah so then jiaxin came. then they went swimming at around 9am cause we were waiting for pheng to get up :/ they swam for three hours! so long la. but they came up at last and decided to bathe cause the security guard came and scolded them (clothes weren't allowed in the pool). yeah but before we went up, ying, jiaxin and i went to the convenience store and got icecream! cola and lemon flavoured :D was gooooooood. then had a bit of sausages when we went back up. and while the girls were bathing, i watched loads of people from the jap school opposite blue horizon do their dance routines. it was, uh, okay la. when we were all done, we slacked in the guys' room and played cards again before going to j8 for lunch. kelven dropped off halfway and zzen took a taxi home once we reached j8. so the only people left were my cousins, jiaxin, joel, my brother and i.

had ramen for lunch! my aunt treated us :D she's nice. and then joel 'lost' his wallet but we found it in the car later on. we then walked around before stopping at the arcade and spending loads of money there. the sweet game is like so cool man. my cousin told me about the nice guy. he was so pro. he got lots of sweets only in 3 tries. WOAH. then we saw wei liang kor kor and his friend there. they played the basketball thing. let's just say that his basketball skills aren't really good. but obviously, better than mine. yeah, then my mom called and my brother and i said our goodbyes to the others before leaving.

don't think i'll forget this like everrrrrrrrrrr :D

ps/ omg, jiaxin! your phone is sooo cute.

YAY! okay, i shall talk about the NJC concert, Cantabile which was held on the 31st May, Thursday (Vesak Day). well, it was GREAT! i mean, all the singing and the stuff, just so WOW! hahah. there were two guest choirs, Nanyang Girls' and the National Chorale. Nanyang Girls' sang MAMORU! arghhhh. jing and i were like 'arghhh.' cause it used to be our song (kinda). oh then they sang the como compongo (whatever the name is)! it was coooooooooool :D and then there's the National Chorale. OHMYGAWD. we saw Miss Sim! as in MISS CHERYL SIM, up there on the stage, SINGING! it was awesome. oh oh oh, they had two accapella groups too! the girls one and the guys one. the girls OKAY. they sang 'Lollipop'. the guys one, Negative, was FUNNY! for the first song, they sang 'Rainbow Connection'. this guy called 'Kermit the Frog' sang most of it. the rest just harmonized. then the next song, (shit) i forgot the name, but it was still nice. there was a beatbox guy! but jing and i agree that the RJC beatbox guy is better. AND THEN at the end, they sang The Phantom Of the Opera. THE BEST SONG YET! they had this two soloists for part of the song. they were goood. as in real real good. this is what amanda said (hope she doesn't mind me doing this cause i'm too lazy to type it out) :D

'they had this indian guy and "meaty, charming singer" be the soloists for some love song. she went a little out of tune at one part, but it was still good.'

so you see, they were good! :D they also had some encore song. it was fine. lots of banging, BOOM BOOM BOOM. after it all, debbie's mom drove Shinny and I to the city hall station. THANKS DEBBIE'S MOM! walked Shinny towards her esplanade direction then walked back and waited for my mom. THE END (i shan't talk about friday)

oh and i forgot to mention, THEY RAN OUT OF BOOKLET THINGYS! so i went to sms eugenia. then i realised she won't see it until after the concert. GAHH!
